Refund policy

After receiving the product, you have one month to try it and to decide whether you wish to keep it. If for any reason you do not wish to keep it you must return it to us before we can provide a refund. Please ask us to email you a Return Form. When you mail the parcel you will need to ask the post office for a Proof of Mailing, and keep it in case the parcel is lost in the post.
Refunds take approximately one week to process after the returned item is received by us. Postage is not refunded unless we are at fault. If you opt for a replacement with a different size, we will pay the cost of mailing the replacement.
